2021 Season’s Greetings

Season’s Greetings,

As we near the end of 2020, I trust you understand what is important and what can be let go of.

As someone who looks after others, it is easy to forget about oneself. The importance of taking care of yourself, is not a selfish act, but one that benefits everyone around you.

Make sure you take care of your body with good foods to keep your energy levels high and immune system functioning. It is very important to keep those elimination pathways working too, because we all know we indulge a tiny bit over the holiday season!

Get in some physical movement as we need to keep our joints and muscles healthy.

For some the holidays can be stressful. Keeping a journal to write down what is bothering you can help to understand what you may need to release and let go of. Meditation is a helpful tool , but not everyone is able to or wants to, so a nice walk is great or even spending time in nature to help reconnect and reset our frequency.

Being grateful for all the we have is another great tool to help us keep our energy levels up and mind in a healthy place. No matter how you choose to celebrate this holiday season, may you do so safely and joyfully.

Holiday hours for the clinic will be from December 21 to January 3, 2021.

I will be in the clinic until December 18 till 3pm if you would like to pick up gift certificates, or if you need some essential oils or other color energy products for stocking stuffers, I would be happy to book a time for picking up those items, as we must keep the clinic safe for everyone. You can text or call me at 705-840-8841. I will be available for those pick ups until December 24th.

As always, it is a pleasure and an honor to help you on your healing journey. I feel blessed that you have entrusted me with your care.

I look forward to the new year and hope to see your beautiful faces in 2021!

Merry Christmas and Have a Joyful New Year!
